The Africa Bureau of Children's Development (ABCD) is working with Ugandan Nutritionist, Herbalists and Agriculturalist experts on an African food mixture comprised of: Moringa, Cacao beans, Acai fruit, Camu Camu fruit, Spirulina, Kale along with base ingredients including Maize corn flour, Rice or Couscous other base alternatives such as dried Yam are being researched.

These Food For Life Africa dried food packets are ideal in a disaster situation, they can reverse starvation and malnutrition, help restore good health, increase the immune system to help fight HIV/AIDS, Cancer, Malaria etc and improve a child's physical and mental alertness.

Servings Per Packet: One packet provides five one-cup servings.


Rich in Protein: The protein will be yielded from the Moringa, Spirulina and Camu Camu.


Vitamin A and C: For improved health providing many of the vitamins, phytonutrients and fibre that you need every day derived from Moringa, Camu Camu, Spirulina and Kale.

Vitamin B12 and B Complex Spirulina is the richest source of B-12, richer than beef liver.

Iron is essential to build a strong system, and yet iron deficiency is the most common mineral deficiency. Iron can be found in Moringa and in Spirulina it is absorbed 60% more efficiently than from iron supplements.

Minerals Potassium and Magnesium : For improved health providing many of the essential minerals from the Cacao beans commonly known as the Cocoa bean, Camu Camu, Moringa, Spirulina and Kale.

Calcium will be supplied by Moringa and Kale

Antioxidants and Flavonoids will be supplied by the Cacao, Camu Camu, Kale and the Açaí fruit.

Anti-Inflammatory will be supplied by the Açaí fruit and Camu Camu.

Amino Acids such as Valine, Leucine and Serine for muscle growth can be found in the Açaí fruit and Camu Camu.

African Acceptance:

Maize is recognized as the African staple diet, and is used as the base for the Food For Life Africa dried food packets.

Preparation: Boil packet contents in water for fiveteen minutes and add Moringa sachet at the end.

Here ABCD hopes to start a Food for Life - Africa Pilot Project utilizing the 10 room warehouse on site.

ABCD has placed a deposit on the 275 acre of agriculture land called Hope Estate.

In the marsh lands of the 16 acres of the ‘Land Sand Mining’ land we could grow Açaí Palms and Camu Camu. In the large artificial lakes that are created following the land sand mining business Spirulina ponds could be established.

The Africa Bureau of Children's Development (ABCD) has established a Ugandan Land Sand Mining Business to fund the many ABCD initiatives in Uganda and throughout Africa.
