The opportunity to attend pre school. Only 15%
of the children in rural Haiti attend school, and fewer than 25%
of adult Haitians are literate.
The first 1/3rd of the fees will go to the school
to cover school fees, uniform, shoes etc.
The next 1/3rd will be invested into a Family
Empowerment Programme enabling the rural family to
purchase livestocks such as goats, chickens, pigs or a cow. For
the urban family the opportunity for sewing machines, trading
and other business opportunities will open for them to enable
them to be self sufficient.

School Club which is being established at the local
Restoration Ministries Haiti church in Morne Oge. This will include

ADOPT A SCHOOL PROGRAMME
Adopt a Haitian School is a new
programme being introduced which enables a church, either
from within the Caribbean or Internationally, to help and
support schools through the Inter School Christian Fellowship,
Son Shine Clubs within Haitian schools or the Restoration
Ministries Haiti After School Club.
The programme will start, God willing, in
Haiti within the schools that the sponsored children attend
and rapidly extending into Antigua, Dominica, Grenada (Carriacou),
Guyana, Trinidad, St Lucia, Barbados, and Suriname.
It has been
designed to create, establish and encourage linkages between
the schools within Haiti with International Churches.
