TO VIEW OTHER RURAL CHILDREN FOR SPONSORSHIP
What will
your US $30 per month achieve?
The money will be divided
into 3 modules
- The first 1/3rd of the fees will go to the school
to cover school fees, uniform, shoes, books and pencils etc.
- The next 1/3rd will be invested into a Family
Empowerment Programme enabling the family to purchase
livestocks such as goats, chickens, pigs or a cow. UCT
is committed to investing US $30 to purchase a
Biosand filter from Clean Water
for Haiti (CWH) for every family within our Child
Sponsorship Program.
- The last 1/3rd will go towards funding the After
School Club which is being established at the local
Restoration Ministries Haiti church in Morne Oge in Jacmel.
This will include an afternoon
feeding programme and a child educational, character
building evangelical teaching programme.

FLASH
The founder of UCT, Jenny Tryhane and UCT
Early Childhood Co-Ordinator, Paulette Scantlebury, travelled
to Haiti mid May and delivered and distributed the Make
Jesus Smile shoe boxes.

These boxes are used to introduce
the Child Sponsorship Program. As the child receives the box
and is photographed, information is obtained and a web page
is created for that child and the potential is establised
to be sponsored and have a life changing experience.

During the June 2007 mission trip Restoration
Ministries Haiti took part in outdoor crusades and the Gospel
was taken to the streets.
The Holy Spirit moved as the praises went
up and numerous young people gave their lives to Jesus. |

up these Children
for Christ.
