Make Jesus Smile Easter
shoebox given to her by a child in Barbados.
Your love gift of US $30 per month goes
into action in several ways.
Here's what your sponsorship provides
for this little girl:
The wonderful feeling of being loved by
a Christian friend that she has not met, but who cares enough
to be a sponsor.
The opportunity to attend pre school. Only 15%
of the children in rural Haiti attend school, and fewer than 25%
of adult Haitians are literate.
The first 1/3rd of the fees will go to the Pre
Primary school to cover school fees, uniform, shoes etc. This
will include a daily half hour
Bouncing Baby Early Childhood Education Programme,
to be held at Les Tourterelles School.
The next 1/3rd will be invested into a Family
Empowerment Programme enabling the rural family to
purchase livestocks such as goats, chickens, pigs or a cow. For
the urban family the opportunity for sewing machines, trading
and other business opportunities will open for them to enable
them to be self sufficient. US $30 will be invested into a BioSand
Water Filter to provide clean water per household.
The last 1/3rd will go towards funding the After
School Club which is being established at the local
Restoration Ministries Haiti church in Morne Oge. This will include
an afternoon feeding programme and a child educational, character
building evangelical teaching programme
