• The House of Freedom in association the Community Leaders of Friendship and its various partners seek to bring a holistic initiative to help enhance the community of Friendship and in extension other communities within Barbados.

• To research and design a Social Development Program using The Friendship Initiative as a Pilot Project that can be implemented in other communities in Barbados and throughout the region.

• To help de-bush, beautify and maintain the existing area and its surrounding environment in an ecologically friendly manner.

• To erect a temporary base/headquarters in the area utilizing a 60’ X 40’ tent. Both the Church and the residents of the area will use this tent in structured formal programs.

• To help develop with the consultation of community leaders relevant Educational, Sports and Empowerment programs for the children, youths and adults of the area.

• To help develop Recreational facilities/ Play area for the children of the community.

• To ascertain the permission of the relevant authorities to enter into a contractual arrangement that will see the House of Freedom being able to rent/lease the land to promote and enhance future programs.

• To build a Community complex, Headquarters for the Church, Sports Pavilion and an Arts and Culture Center. The Community Complex being designed for this project will be erected using a Building System researched especially for this project. It uses high technology materials with advanced engineering to create an environmentally conscious product of superior architectural design and detail that is hurricane resistant and can be used as a Category 1 hurricane shelter.

• Over a period of time in consultation with Government and its social partners continue to build on this Initiative and to duplicate it in other communities.

• To help establish goals and priorities in the family community, church and school environment.
• To define the role and purpose of the men and women from God’s perspective.
• To provide Biblical counsel and understanding from the Word of God.
• To help maximize the God given potential in the life of every young man or woman.
