TEEN CHALLENGE - Board and Staff

A board of respected professionals, business people, civic and Church leaders head Teen Challenge Barbados.

The program is managed by an Executive Director Stephen Gilkes and staffed by caring persons, a high percentage of whom are successful graduates of the program.

Teen Challenge also has 5 volunteers and many resource personnel who donate their time and skill for the development of the Teen Challenge staff and students.
