His aim is to make sure the facility can deliver the services needed for each student. And to aid in this objective, some staff at FirstCaribbean International Bank donated materials and repainted the tennis courts, computer lab and introduction dorms, installed screens for the windows, and provided food for the livestock. The bank's chief executive officer Charles Pink said it was part of the Adopt-A-Cause programme "where we get each branch and business unit to work on a cause in the community". "Teen Challenge has a lot of hard work that needs to be done and we are going to continue to help them with getting that going." Pink said the bank had also donated US$5 000 towards the upgrades and would be looking to donate more funds towards the farming. (TM) Compliments of the Nation News |
