The WISH Centre staff

Director
• This individual will manage the operations of 'The WISH Centre, in order to ensure the objectives of the centre are achieved.

Secretary
• Be responsible for all paperwork and administrative affairs of 'The WISH Centre',

Social Workers
• Be responsible for counseling sessions with clients.
• Facilitate group sessions.
• Liaise with social work agencies for client referrals.
• Co-ordinate educational workshops.
• To advocate for the rights of women in Barbados, speaking out against the ills of abuse, human trafficking, abortion and exploitation.

Vocational Trainers
• Will be seconded for the vocational training courses.

Caretaker /Security
• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the property

Cook
• Prepare meals for clients.
