General Information on bookings at the WISH Centre:

Ø For local Barbadian persons the cost is BDS $30 per person per night with a separate security cheque required as a security deposit, the amount is stated on the deposit invoice.

(100% refundable if all conditions are met upon departure as per our reservation form).

Ø You should be prepared to have a 25% deposit ready to be paid upfront to secure your dates. We cannot hold dates without the deposit.

Ø If you proceed to making a reservation, you will be required to complete a reservation form which must be signed by a legal authorized representative of your church/organization who is authorized to accept the liabilities in the form. The signature page is to be emailed back to our office.

Ø There are two “zones” for retreats at the WISH Centre. If there happens to be two bookings on the same weekend/period, whichever party pays their deposit first will get first option to choose the “zone” they want.

Ø The balance of money for your retreat is payable when you collect the keys and do a walk through which must be collected during office hours Monday – Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. If the day of check in is a bank holiday, then payment must be made and keys must be collected the day prior during office hours. Please make sure you put arrangements in place for payment/key collection as applicable.

Ø An insurance certificate must be obtained to cover the persons attending your retreat AND guests associated with it. It is a standard certificate which your insurers can provide, or you can contact Brydens Insurance who is accustomed to providing the required certificate for our retreat clients. The original insurance cover letter/note must be handed in when you collect the keys. We regret that we would not be able to allow check in without the insurance certificate as it is a requirement of our lease.

Ø Local guests must bring their own linens: single bed fitted bottom and top sheet; pillow cases; towels; toiletries. We provide toilet paper.

Ø Guests must provide their own meals and the preparation of them. We have the basics (plates, cereal bowls, knife, fork, spoon) but we also recommend that you do a site visit to assess the kitchen supplies to determine if you need to bring anything else for your group. If you wish hot drinks we recommend you bring disposable Styrofoamcups.

Nationals: Bds $30 per night

CARICOM visitors Bds $40 per night (US $20)

International visitors US $30 per night discounts will be given for 2 week stays.
