PEARYL House will be home in the future to the
childrens crisis centre, but until then we are renting it
our for church and group retreats.

| PEARYL House is located upstairs of the Great House of The
WISH Centre.
It sleeps 22 persons in total. It consists of 3 dormitory
style bedrooms with mixed bunk beds and single beds; one large
communal bathroom with 4 toilets and 4 showers and one separate
toilet downstairs.

The interior of PERYL House has
been repainted continuing with our lilac and blue colour scheme.
The reception room can be seen below and in the
centre is the top floor corridor connecting the three bedrooms.

Bunks have been freshly
stained and have been installed in some of the bedrooms upstairs.
The north west facing bedroom has
two bunk beds and a chest of drawers.
The top bunks are accessed by wooden
ladders. |

The north east facing
bedroom has five single beds. There are distant views of Skeetes
Bay and the room is cooled by tropical sea breezes.

The south east facing
bedroom was once the master bedroom and is an enormous room with
4 bunks and 5 single beds.
New curtains have been hung and the room is fresh
and inviting. |

The bathroom has
4 toilets and 4 showers and has been recently tiled and upgraded. |
| The patio outside of UCT
Headquarters and Board Room is a lovely place to relax and can be
used by people staying in PEARYL House. |

Zone 2- The second
accommodation is Angels Annex
sleeping 28 people along with PEARYL House we can host 50 people
in Zone 2, 84 in total. |
International rate: The cost is US
$30 per night per person. Discounts given for 2 weeks stay. A separate
security cheque is required for a security deposit, the amount which
is stated on the deposit invoice (100% refundable if all conditions
are met upon departure as per our reservation form).
Local Barbadians: The cost is BDS
$30 per person, per night with a separate security cheque required
for a security deposit, the amount which is stated on the deposit
invoice (100% refundable if all conditions are met upon departure
as per our reservation form).
CARICOM rates Bds $40.00 per person,
per night.
You should be prepared to have a 25% deposit ready
to be paid upfront to secure your dates. We cannot hold dates without
the deposit.
If you proceed to making a reservation, you will be required to complete
a reservation form which must be signed by a legal authorized representative
of your church/organization who is authorized to accept the liabilities
in the form. The signature page is to be emailed back to our office.
