Brother Graham's trip to BARBADOS - St John's Church -

St John's Church, an ancient classic Gothic church situated on a cliff overlooking the beautiful, rugged coastline of the east coast. Here we see a combination of ancient history, beautiful architecture and a sunning view, Built in the 1836 it remains a reminder of the strong British colonial ties that remain on the island. Built to replace the original church destroyed by the 1831 hurricane.
	The ancient graveyard is home to a descendent of Emperor Constantine the Great, Ferdinando Paleologus who died in 1678.
	The views from St John's Parish church are stunning and inspired our Brother to raise his hands in praise to the Almighty God.
It would be impossible to visit St John's church and not stop at Codrington College, the oldest Anglican Theological College in the Western Hemisphere. NEXT

Cassada Bay offer both individuals and groups the possibility of coming to Carriacou and staying in a 'working holiday village' FREE OF COST in exchange for 'work in the village', bringing Hands of Help into the community, the nursing homes, the church building project.

Gospel Tourism

United Caribbean Trust base headquarters could be used as ‘Christian Timeshare Holiday Resorts’ outside of the hurricane season (thus fund the trust) and accommodation for relief workers during the hurricane season if needed. If not needed they could be opened to local schools, youth groups and Caribbean churches from July to October.
