History of St. Stanislaus College "1st May, 1866, Fr. Langton opened school with two boys, Marshall and Pairadeau." That sentence from the dairy of Bishop Etheridge marks the beginning of 132 years of existence of what is now St. Stanislaus College.

The College moto, 'AETERNA NON CADUCA' (things that last, not things that perish) .

A meeting between Jenny Tryhane, Co Founder of the United Caribbean Trust and Donette Franco a teacher A meeting between Jenny Tryhane, Co Founder of the United Caribbean Trust and Donette Franco a teacher led to a meeting with the Principle of Saint Sanislaus College. This resulted in a positive response to the notion of school twinning with Harrisons College and utilising the students hands of help to incorporate the Baby Survival Kit project into Guyana.

Resulting in an urgent meeting with Mr. Marcel Hudson, District Education Officer and Mr. Hector Patterson Special Adviser to the Minister of Education.

A proposal was put to the Minister of Education and it is hoped to proceed with this venture with haste.
