Caribbean Builders Action Team -

At CBAT, we build and repair homes for Seniors, Low-Income Earners and the Physically Challenged. We will be working very closely with pertinent Government Ministries across the Caribbean region.

Our organization is dedicated to providing beneficiaries with professional home repair and general construction of the highest quality FREE OF CHARGE.

How can we offer such a service free of charge?

Simple. It's the LABOUR component that we provide free and this is made possible through the selfless donation of time from scores of "Partner Professionals", local artisans and other professionals who want to give back to their communities in a meaningful way. Instead of donating cash, they donate their skills and time.

Meet CBAT CEO Courtney "Sellie" Selman, former Barbados Fast Bowler, now Radio Evangelist.

Courtney owned a construction company for a number of years. He worked in the USA for a number of years in Marketing, Sales, Finance and Management.

He worked at AVCO Finance company as a Loan Officer and Gray Shell New York as International and Caribbean Sales Manager whereby he visited all islands in the Caribbean. He was also Marketing Specialist with Health Insurance Plan (HIP) of New York.

Courtney headed forty churches inBrooklyn and Staten Island as Evangelism President, represented Barbados at Cricket and played against such teams as England and Australia. Selman is now a much listened to Radio Evangelist who spreads the Good News three days a week including a powerful children's programme.

He head many community programmes both in the Barbados and the USA, such as feeding the needy and homeless and as an auxillary Police Officer for New York State. He is an ordained Minister of the Gospel since 1991. He was ordained at the Hansome Place SDA Church in Brooklyn New York.
