Project Hope - Barbados school project - Lester Vaughan

Project Hope is a child-focused humanitarian initiative of United Caribbean Trust (UCT), a Barbadian registered charity.

The Project Hope team visited Lester Vaughan School at the end of term to make them aware of the Project.

Adaeze joined the Project Hope team, she was born Camille Evelyn on the island of Barbados. Adaeze developed a diverse musical foundation, teaching herself how to play the piano and receiving formal instruction in saxophone and percussion as a member of her school’s cadet band as well as its orchestra.

Adaeze is known for powerful delivery of often ignored messages, unique flow, and of course, raising that blue, yellow and black flag high!

Led by God, inspired by her surroundings, Adaeze is barely 2 years in the game and already creating quite a buzz!

Thanks for your donations that have been sent down to the Hope Child Care Centre in Uganda to help with the Educational Child Sponsorship.

We are looking for every child at Lester Vaughan to contribute Bds $1 per month towards sponsorship children in our Child Care Centre in Africa.

Imagine if every class was able to sponsor a child.

It's so simple, visit the website Africa Child Sponsorship and select a child.

Your Social Studies class teacher will be able to teach you more about the life of a child on the streets of Uganda and how you can help.
