Remember your spirit became new right away when you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour and your mind is being transformed, to see you as a royal priesthood, it’s only the body that will be dealt with in the end. Lets pray.

CLOSING PRAYER: Lord we thank you for the forgiveness of sins that is in the Lord Jesus by His blood we are cleansed, we thank you for what He did for us on the cross and we declare that we are over comers of sin, it doesn’t matter how long we have been in bondage, it doesn’t matter how many times we have sinned. It doesn’t matter how much our flesh likes the sin. We declare right now that we will no longer be dominated by sin. Because we are the people of God, we have been bought with a price, cleansed by the blood of Jesus, empowered by the Holy Spirit, filled with the peace of God and His joy, so therefore we can do all things in Christ who strengthens us, thanks you Lord.

Lord we confess our sins, you hear all our sins Father we ask you to forgive us Lord. Any sin of the eyes, any sins of the ears any sin of the mouth. Lies we have told, perversity, slander and gossip we confess and ask forgiveness. Any sins of the feet being in the wrong place we confess these sins. Our mind Lord any evil wrong, perverse thoughts and imaginations we confess them now, please forgive us. We thank you Lord for what your word says that if we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleans us from any unrighteousness. Thank you Lord. Thank you Lord. Thank you Lord. Amen

When 1 John 1: 9 says if we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleans us from any unrighteousness.

God did not say He is merciful and gracious to forgive our sins although Mercy and Grace is part of forgiveness but John says He is faithful and just. You don’t even have to beg to be forgiven because the debt has been paid for so if God did NOT forgive you He would be unfaithful and unjust if He did not forgive you every time. Why? Because it’s been paid for on the cross. Mercy and Grace happened when Jesus came down and now that it has been paid for, for God to withhold forgiveness when Jesus, in His own blood, bought that forgiveness would make God unfaithful and unjust. The full blessing of the cross washes always the sin, He cleansed you from it.

I believe the word of God that if I confess my sins He is faithful and just to forgive my sins and cleans me from all unrighteousness. I know in my heart now that the flood of the blood of Jesus cleanses me completely from sin and bondage and all the effects of death I am a new person, pure and hold, free from sin, cleansed completely, walking in a whole new life, with no guilt, no condemnation. I am royalty, I’m in the family of God, a new being, walking with my Father with no division, with no shame, he is not embarrassed by me because I am the perfect child.

Because the imperfection has been washed away and all that is left is the new, and holy, and righteous child. That is who I am. So I present myself to you Lord, not as that old dead person, the old sinner, but as a righteous child, cleansed with the blood of Jesus, ready to walk in an new like, ready to walk in new power, filled with the Holy Spirit, to be used by God, to minister his love to a hurting world, royalty, part of the family of God, a new life, new way of thinking, new way of speaking, new way of walking, new things to look at, new things to talk about. I am a child of God the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus . Amen
