UCT working in association with a Barbadian Culinary
Sauce Production company is looking to produce a variety of culinary
sauces in Haiti. This company will operate under United Caribbean
Services Inc and will market and sell all the products to areas
of high Afro Caribbean inhabitants.
A percentage of the products will be donated back
to the Help Haiti Project. This will be the major emphasis on all
marketing done on these products.

foods have increased using spices and chili peppers from the Caribbean.

Chilies are an excellent source of vitamins A and
C, some fresh hot chilies contain 4 times as much vitamin C per
100g as an orange.
Good source of folic acid, potassium, and trace metals.
Decreasing heart attacks, averting obesity, decreasing blood clots,
acting against arthritic pain, sinus congestion, and protecting
against stomach ulcers.
Snack trend
Consumers are getting braver, and are expecting
