This building system offers an alternative tourism resort that is NOT affected by hurricane impact is earthquake resistant, cannot burn or be destroyed by termites.

Below is a testimony from the Berjaya Hotels & Resorts in the Seychelles.

'"On behalf of the Board of Directors of Berjaya Hotels & Resorts Seychelles Limited, I want to express very deep appreciation for your efforts in designing and constructing our 8 chalets comprising of 50 rooms in the Republic of Seychelles.

Our international customers, local patrons and visitors of Berjaya Hotels & Resorts who have visited our Resort have complimented us with regard to the well-planned and environmental matching colour scheme of our chalets. A Couple of visitors were so impressed that they requested us to give them your name and contact numbers as they intend to build chalets of similar design and construction.

Each of these chalets required extreme skill in design to utilize available land space to accommodate a maximum number of rooms and yet to provide functional and aesthetic qualities, In addition you succeeded in doing what others would have considered impossible, and the quality of your products, the careful analysis of our needs, the speed of execution and the standard of excellence you have maintained has created for our organization an image and a work setting of which we are proud.

We are very pleased with your ability to complete the construction within four months ahead of schedule which is one of the fastest constructions ever carried out in the history of Seychelles. We look forward to a continuing relationship. To our minds, this new building system will always stand first in futuristic and personalized service."

United Caribbean's base headquarters is located at Cassada Bay, on Carriacou United Caribbean's base headquarters is located at Cassada Bay, on Carriacou and appears to be the perfect retreat location. In addition to use as a base of operations, Cassada Bay can also provide serene and adequate accommodation for relief workers along with ample space and storage for relief supplies.

UCT needs to have base headquarters in various islands throughout the Caribbean and these bases need to follow the same template as our Carriacou base. This is an ambitious venture but with management, marketing and promotion these base headquarters could be used as Christian Hholiday Resorts and retreats outside of the hurricane season and thus fund the trust.

A tremendous business opportunity awaits as the disasters within the Caribbean creates new niche markets in the arena of Working Holidays’ and 'Chirsitan Youth Outreach' during the hurricane season and the possibility of 'Christian Time Share' and Christian Conference Tourism the remainder of the year, it is our vision to see the islands of the Caribbean become the number one 'Christian Holiday Destination'.

Utilizing this Building System at Cassada Bay could be instrumental in the restructuring of Grenada.
