Your six finger is the thumb, this reminds us that this is a one on one with God experience.

Step 6: Encounter with God

1. At the end of your teaching, you must lead your children into the “Encounter Time” spending time in the presence of God.

2. It is the time for God to seal His word in their hearts through the Holy Spirit

3. Experiencing and responding to God is the end goal of each meeting. It is on purpose and deliberate, and MUST be in each meeting.

a. It is not enough for them to receive information.

b. Truth becomes a part of us as we yield and practice new teaching

4. Let the Lord confirm the type of encounter that will meet the needs of these particular children

a. Before coming to your meeting you will have prayed over this important ministry time and have a general idea of the results that you want to see

b. Guidelines for the encounter time are given in each lesson

The Holy of Holies Activities
1. Deliberately plan time to go into God’s presence.
2. Plan this the same way you plan your lesson.
3. Use a variety of altar calls, not just salvation.
4. Don’t be in a hurry.
5. This is the most important part of your service.
